Materials and tools
- Red cardboard.
- Red and white tissue paper.
- Zeal.
- Thick rope or thread.
- Scissors.

Crafting
First, we will make a line about 40 cm on the cardboard. In the middle of this measurement, we will place the compass and we will make a semicircle.
We will cut this semicircle and at its base we will glue strips of paper of silk of both colors alternating them to create an effect of depth. In addition, we will do the same at the tip.
Then we will close our carnival hat with zeal, making sure that it is well aligned and closed at the top.
Finally, we will make two opposite holes at the bottom, through which we will pass a thick thread or thin rope to be able to tie it to the head.
