Battery of ideas to reuse small scraps of eva rubber

battery of ideas

Hello everybody. to get started a new month that better than a new tutorial. But this time it's more like a post.

A post with a battery of ideas to be able to use those small remains of EVA foam that we always have left over from the work we do with this material.

When we work with eva rubber, inevitably when we cut it we have remains and today I bring you one battery of ideas to be able to use them.

In my case I have used eva rubber sheets of different colors to make a project in which I cut out figures from eva rubber, so the remains that I had left were sometimes quite large and I was wrong to throw them away, so I decided to investigate how to use them and from there this idea bacterium arises that I bring you today.

To start with this battery of ideas I will tell you my first idea. What I did was catch pastry molds and keep drawing smaller figures in every place I could and then cut them out.

As you can see there are different figures such as flowers, stars, etc. We can also make geometric figures.

When I no longer had space for that size of figures, I took smaller molds and kept drawing and cutting taking advantage of every space that he could.

And finally to add ideas to the battery of ideas with what I did was simply cut out the smaller remains into tiny pieces and store in a siplock bag.

With these three ideas my battery of ideas for make the most of eva rubber I have completely cut out the plates that I initially use for a project and have used the remains in other things.

Below I list several ideas to use these small figures that I cut out taking advantage of the remains of eva rubber.

Battery of ideas to make the most of eva rubber

  • With the largest figures we can make countless things, from pins, decoration or appliques for clothes or accessories.
  • Another good idea is to make canvases with decorations using the eva rubber figures that we have cut out.
  • We can also use the remains by cutting strips and creating colorful bangles and bracelets for girls.
  • With the smallest figures we can make stamps to draw and stamp, using corks or wood in turn.
  • A very entertaining idea for girls is to make jewelry with these small eva rubber cutouts, we can use the larger ones to make pendants, tiaras and bracelets and the smaller ones for rings and earrings.
  • One question that arises is what to do with the even smaller remains, those that have no shape. Well, we can use these remains to make small details in other works, such as mouths, eyes or noses in animals.
  • We can also make decorations with these tiny remains, try to take a glass jar, decorate it on the outside and put these remains of various colors of eva rubber in it, it is really very original and we can give a special touch to a corner.

And so far my battery of ideas to make the most of our eva rubber plates.

I hope it helps you and that you can take advantage of your material in a good way.
