Butterflies with clothespins

Butterflies with clothespins

All the clothespins is an object that has always been used to make any craft, since being made of wood, they are very versatile in their use. That is why today I present this fun craft for children to spend a good afternoon at home.

These crafts that are share with the whole family, they are ideal for those moments when the child still cannot go to the park due to the high temperatures. In this way, we will have you entertained with something laborious and educational.

Materials

  • Wooden clothespins.
  • Gift Wrap.
  • Paperboard.
  • Glue.
  • Wire.
  • Cardboards.
  • Acrylic paintings.
  • Scissors.

Our Process

  1. Draw the designs of the different wings on the cardboard, and I will cut them to serve as molds.
  2. Afterwards, transport these molds to the different gift papers. Cut them out and reserve them.
  3. Decorate each of the tweezers with paint that we are going to use. It is a good idea to match the colors of the paper with the design of the clip.
  4. Cut two small wires and stick them on the upper part of the clamp, and give it a small curvature in the shape of an antenna, typical of butterflies.
  5. Open the clamp and insert the butterflies of cardboard. These should be slightly bent upwards to give them a more real effect.

I hope you liked this fun craft, surely you will have a super entertaining afternoon with your children.
