We propose this craft that you will love. We have compiled some small polystyrene cups and wrapped them in fun orange cardboard strips. Thanks to this we have been able to shape it and thus create beautiful and harmonious pumpkins, ideal to be able to decorate many corners on the fun day of Halloween. In addition, thanks to the glasses, we can fill them with delicious treats and thus make it much more creative.
The materials that I have used for the two cardboard pumpkins:
- Orange cardstock.
- 4 small cardboard or similar cups.
- Dark green pipe cleaners.
- Scissors.
- Measuring ruler.
- Pencil.
- Hot silicone and his gun.

First step:
We measure the glass What do we have with the rule? Whatever you measure, we multiply it by 4. What he gives us will be the measure to do 8 strips long by 1,3 cm wide. In my case the glass is 7 cm high. I have multiplied it by 4 and it has given me 32 cm. I have drawn 8 strips of 32 cm x 1,3 cm wide.
Second step:
Once clipped we mark the central part of each one. In the center of one of them we will put a drop of hot silicone and we will place a strip in the form of +. We will be placing and gluing two strips as an X and the rest between the gaps of everything we have placed.
Third step:
Once placed in its central part we put a glob of hot silicone and glue the base of the glass. On the inner and upper edge of the glass we add hot silicone and glue the ends of the strips, making the shape of the pumpkin.
Fourth step:
On the upper and outer edge of the second glass we glue around the strip of green pipe cleaners. With the tail that we have left over we will wrap it around the pencil so that it adopts a twisted shape.
We put the glass inside the other glass and we can fill it with our favorite treats.
