How to make a children's sheep out of Fimo or polymer clay

In this tutorial I teach you how to make one child sheep with Fimo o polymer clay. It's very cute! Perfect for the children's room or even as a gift for any occasion.

Materials

As you have already read, the child sheep is made with Fimo o polymer clay. Then I leave you the colors I have used for it:

  • Pink
  • Carne
  • Blanco
  • Black

Step by step

Let's start doing the child sheep awarded by the cabeza. Make a white ball, flatten it with the palm of your hand and with the knife make some marks along the edge of the top, this will simulate the curls of the sheep's wool.

To make the Tsar You should take a piece of flesh color, make a ball and squash it a lot until it is very flat and glue it to the head of the sheep, a little lower than the center.

With a knife, make two marks where the mouth, as if it were an inverted V. Make two holes to put the eyes, which will be two black balls.

To make them ears, which have two colors, you must first use white. From two balls, roll each of them on one side, and when that part is sharpened, roll the other side, so you will create something like a lemon. Flatten it with the palm of your hand and lay it on the table to do the next step.

We will make the part inside the ears with flesh-colored clay, and the process will be the same as for the white part. You glue one on top of the other and you can now put them on the sheep's head, pressing the ends a little to gather them gently.

You can make a loop to put on the head. I leave you two ways of doing it with clay in a tutorial that I wrote a long time ago and that will surely be useful for this and many jobs: Two ways to make bows from Fimo or polymer clay.

To make the body you need a pink ball, roll it with the palm of your hand on one side to create a drop, and glue the head onto the tip of the drop.

For arms make two white balls and roll them back and forth until they stretch a little, and glue them to the sides of the body.

And only the feet, do the same as with the arms but before adding them flatten them a little. Now you can stick them to the front of the body, as if the sheep were sitting.

You will have it finished and this is the result.
