Pennants They take a lot to decorate the rooms and children's parties. In this post I am going to teach you how to make this banner with very few materials and you will be able to give an original touch to your room or some corner of your house.
Material to make the pennant for your room
- Rubber eva
- Wooden sticks
- Scissors
- Glue
- Ruler and pencil
- Heart shaped cookie cutter
- Colored pompoms
- Rope or cord
- Permanent markers
Procedure to make the pennant for your room
- To start you need a wooden stick and a piece of eva rubber.
- My measurements are what you see in the image, but you can adapt them to your needs.
- Lightly roll the stick into the foam and glue it like parchment.
- With the help of a ruler measure the center of the eva rubber, in my case it is a 6,5 cm.
- On the sides I will make marks to the 5 cm.
- I will join these 3 marks and a triangle will come out.
- Cut along the line that has come out and you will have the base of the pennant.
- Now, choose scraps of papers that you have from other projects.
- With the hole punch squares I'm going to do some.
- And I will start to form a mosaic on top of another card.
- Once the mosaic of squares is formed, I will use a heart shaped cookie cutter.
- I will draw the silhouette from the back and cut out the heart.
- Glue the heart to the top of the pennant.
- With gold marker I will write the word "love."
- And at the bottom I'm going to hit colored pompoms.
- You can place the colors that you like the most.
- At the ends of the pole to be able to hang the pennant I will a piece of cord.
- And so the pennant is finished to place it on the door of your room or anywhere.
