Hello everyone, today I am here to show you this tutorial where we can see a decorative motif for any corner of our house or our office.
Is a jar or bottle decorated with two hearts as a flower, making the whole look like a beautiful and decorative vase with flowers. Let's go with the step by step.
Makings:
The materials that we are going to use are the following:
- Glass jar or bottle.
- Decorated scrap paper.
- The Sizzix and the Heart Die.
- Glue.
- Wooden chopsticks. (the skewers).
- Lace up.
- Foam cardboard.
As I always tell you, you have to take into account the colors used so that the set looks beautiful.
Processing:
- We will glue the decorated paper to the foam board. We will do it on both sides.
- We'll go through the machine and the die of hearts. If we do not have this machine we can do it by drawing the heart and then with scissors or with the cutter cut the silhouette, since foam board is easy to cut.
- Put a drop of glue on the tip of the wooden skewer. In this case I have used glosy accents.
- Nail the skewer to the heart by the part of the beak. Do not insert too much just so that it stays held and adhered with the glue.
- Cut the size of the wood according to the desired distance.
- Tie a knot with the lace at the junction of the stick with the heart. And cut the surplus.
- We will decorate the bottle, simply tying a few loops, combining colors.
- We will glue a die-cut heart to the glass from the bottle or jar. We'll just stick the sticks inside.
And we will have our decorative motif as a vase with flowers, ready to decorate a corner of our house, on the shelf or on the bedside table ...
