At these festivals, women dress in flamenco or gypsy dresses along with handmade Manila shawls. Well, to mimic these beautiful shawls, today we teach you to make some made with colored tissue paper. Thus, we can spend a fun afternoon with the children doing fair crafts.
Materials
- Tissue paper of different colors.
- Scissors.
- Glue.
Our Process
First, we will cut out a triangle out of white tissue paper. Then we will glue rectangles around the edge of this triangle and cut small strips without reaching the end. Then to decorate this shawl We make some small leaves on green tissue paper, which we will stick on the white paper and, in addition, a lilac flowers. For these flowers we just have to wrinkle the paper and put both ends together and stick them on the sheets of green tissue paper.
