Hello Crafts On Friends, Today I bring you a new DIY: we are going to make some jars for infusions. A recycling craft, then we will take advantage of some glass jars and we will transform them into beautiful jars to put infusions.
Surely they are great for us this winter, having them well on hand to make very warm infusions, let's go with the step by step ...
Makings:
- Glass jar for recycling.
- Burlap fabric.
- Jute rope.
- Lace.
- Cardboard.
- Pen.
- Scissors.
Processing:
- We will start from a glass jar, we will clean and remove the tag. To do this, we will immerse it in boiling water so that it will come off easily.
- We will introduce our infusion. We will cut the stems or separate the seeds, depending on the case.
- We will prepare all the material, according to the design that we want to make in the boat. Mine is more rustic.
- We will cut out the labels for the lids, so they will also be decorated.
- We will measure the boat and we will cut a rectangle of burlap and on tiptoe.
- We will glue the rectangle burlap cloth and on top of it a lace blank to make it stand out.
- We will take a few turns of the cord of Juta and we will finish with a bow.
- We will make some labels. These are heart-shaped and we will decorate them to our liking, I have written the name of the infusion or aromatic herb that will be inside.
This is just an idea, but you know that depending on how we combine the materials, it will come out one way or another. One idea could be to decorate a few glass jars and put them in a fruit box, thus obtaining a very practical and decorative aromatic herb center.
