In the afternoons, when they finish their homework and get some rest, it's it is advisable to spend time with them doing activities, whether manual or more playful.

Also, this you will serve for the Fall, since it is a time when more time is spent at home, because we have fewer hours of light. Therefore, we present these fun butterflies made with toilet paper rolls, so we also teach you to recycle.

Materials

  • Stamped colored cards (in this case with dots).
  • Rolls of toilet paper.
  • Double-sided dot tape.
  • Googly eyes stickers.
  • Butterfly template.
  • Scissors.
  • Glue.

Our Process

  1. Print the template of the butterfly that I leave below. If you want, you can also do it by hand.
  2. Use the template as mold to cut out the different butterflies on the different colored cards.
  3. Fold in half, so that it takes something of relief.
  4. Line the toilet paper roll with the cardboard.
  5. Take the dot strip, measure them and cut two strips of at least 7 cm long. Tie a knot at the top and stick it inside the roll.
  6. Glue the cardboard of the butterfly body to the roll of paper.
  7. Finally, recote flower motifs and stick them to the body of the butterfly.
