This craft is great to have our small sewing items collected. We have chosen a large nice glass jar and made a pillow in the shape of a cushion to stick in the pins. With a little fabric, cardboard and hot silicone you will have this very useful sewing kit.
The materials that I have used for the sewing box:
- A large decorative glass jar with a nice lid
- A piece of thin cardboard
- A piece of decorative fabric
- A ball of cushion stuffing
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Hot silicone and her gun

First step:
We catch the cover out of the glass jar and place it on top of the piece of cardboard. We draw its outline with a pencil and cut it out.
Second step:
We put the cardboard on top of the decorative fabric and we are going to take measurements of a quadrant. We calculate the capacity of a much larger piece of cloth to then cut it out.
Third step:
We put the fluffy cushion on the cut out cardboard and cover it with the decorative fabric. We will carefully turn the structure over.
Fourth step:
We glue the fabric with the help of the hot silicone. We will put the edges of the fabric inwards and we are taking pieces and sticking them.
Fifth step:
We glue the structure of the fluffy above the cover of the glass jar. We will pour a large proportion of silicone on top of the lid and place the fluffy on top. We observe and rectify so that there are no free gaps and for this we will finish sealing them.
Step Six:
We can now stick the pins in the fluffy we have created and put our sewing equipment inside our boat.
