Today I'm going to show you an ingenious and original way to get the most out of a bottle of detergent. In addition to being a super simple and fast craft that in 15 minutes you can have it ready without problems. A good way to save a little money recycling things of daily use, with the awareness that we are also collaborating with the environment. Whether you have a terrace, balcony, or want to leave it inside the house, I show you the process so you can do it.
Materials
- Empty detergent bottle
- Scissors
- Cutter
- Paintings
- Brushes
Our Process
- Begin to cut the bottle of detergent with the help of the utility knife. Trace or cut it in the same way as I have done. If you see that the bottle is too thick, you can use scissors. In my case, for example, it was not necessary, and the truth is that it was quite fast.
- If when you finish cutting, you have any imperfections, go over it. For example, the typical one of a cut when its two points meet.
- Cut the upper part of the mango, as if it were a kind of petals (in half rounds). The intention here is not to be a rigid cut at all, and to give it a decorative touch.
- Take the opportunity to paint the carafe the way you want. In my case, I took the opportunity to make a kind of lawn with flowers, and to highlight the upper part of the carafe, which will now act as a funnel for watering, in red.
Once finished, the only thing that will be left is for you to put a little soil (substrate of which they sell in bags preferably), and the plant that you prefer. You can do as I did, and take advantage of the handle that I have left as a funnel, to be able to water the plant if it has many leaves and that nothing falls on the outside.
