Hello everybody! In today's craft we are going to see how make a nice jellyfish using the cardboard of an egg carton and some colored woolen threads. Materials that we will need to make our jellyfish
- Egg carton, it does not matter what color, since we can paint it.
- Marker or other type of paint for cardboard if we want to paint it.
- Crafts eyes.
- Glue stick or hot silicone.
- Wool of different colors
- Scissors
Hands on craft
- The first thing we are going to do is cut out a hole from the egg carton, this hole is going to be the body of our jellyfish. We will cut the edges well so that we have a shape like a bell.
- If we want paint the cardboard, now is the time, we will use a marker, tempera or any other type of paint. Of course, we will have to let the cardboard dry well before continuing with the craft.
- Now let's cut out strips of wool of different colors. It does not matter if they are not all the same size since that will bring a little more grace to our jellyfish, and if we did not like it, they can be cut and equalized when we have finished the craft. We glue these strips of wool inside the cardboard that we have cut out before. We make sure they are well glued. We can put all the strips of wool that we want until it is to our liking.
- To finish we will glue two eyes of crafts to our jellyfish. You can also make a little hole in the upper part of the cardboard to pass a child or string through and hang the jellyfish somewhere.
