In this post I am going to teach you how to do this brush or brush with mustache to give away on father's day. It is very easy to do and you can turn it into a magnet or an ornament for a box or a thousand other ideas.
Materials to make the mustache brush
- Paint brush or square brush
- Scissors
- Glue
- Ruler and pencil
- Colored eva rubber
- Permanent markers
- Mobile eyes
- Heart piercer
- Insulating tape
Procedure for making the mustache brush
- To start you need a brush or square brush that is wide enough to be able to later form the face of the character.
- Measure the width and height from the metal part and cut out a strip of eva rubber in skin color.
- Glue it around the brush.
- Lining with electrical tape the part just below the face.
- Now with gift ribbon I'm going to form the tie, I am going to divide into two pieces: the knot and the body of it.
- I am going to glue the long part on top of the electrical tape first, and then I will glue the knot.
- Now i will go forming the face.
- First, I am going to place the two moving eyes and eyelashes.
- Afterwards, I will do nose.
- Lastly, I will draw a big mustache so that our brush is very elegant.
- With a red marker I'm going to do some little dots on the cheeks.
- With the hole punch hearts vI'm going to make two reds and I'm going to place them on the bottom of the brush.
