Notebooks with recycled material

NOTEBOOK WITH SEPARATORS

Good morning friends. I don't know if it will happen to you like me, but lately I need to write down all the ideas that come to my mind, and I am writing down notes on each paper I find. So better to have all the ideas together and write them down in a notebook.

It is incredible everything that can be done with recycled materials, today we will see how to transform cereal boxes into cute notepads for our use or also to make a gift.

Makings:

  • Cereal boxes.
  • folios.
  • Decorated papers.
  • Thread or wool.
  • Glue stick.
  • Guillotine or cutter.
  • Die.

Processing:

NOTEBOOKS1

  1. We need the cereal boxes to recycle, like the cutouts of decorated paper to bind our notebooks.
  2. We cut the folios in halfI have used four for each notebook, which, cut and then folded, give us a total of sixteen pages.
  3. When we have the eight leaves the we fold in half.
  4. We round the corners with a die, for a more professional finish.
  5. We mark the caps in the cardboard of the cereal box, giving it half a centimeter more than the measurement of the leaves.
  6. We cut the cardboard for the lids to size. We fold and round the corners. This time I have pasted some colored sheets to cover the drawing of the cereal box.
  7. We make some holes, both in the caps and in the leaves.
  8. We pass the thread and tie with a knot on the outside.

NOTEBOOKS2

We will only have decorate our notebooks with the pieces of paper or with what we like the most, even we can personalize them with the name. It occurs to me that it could be a gift and write the resolutions for next year.

I hope you liked this craft  and that it is useful for you to put it into practice. You already know that you can share it, give the like in the icons at the top, comment and ask what you want, because we are happy to answer your questions. See you at the next DIY.
