All the math is fundamental and essential in the learning and development of babies, in fact, there are many online and physical games in which children can learn mathematics in a simple way. However, today we give you an idea to promote these in a traditional way.
With just a few river stones and a little paint we can make a fun, original and original game in which children will not be able to stop playing and learning. In this way, we encourage interest in natural thingss making them a good development in the learning of mathematics.
Materials
- River stones (around 15).
- Paintings.
Our Process
First of all, we will have to take a long walk along the coastal beaches or the nearest rivers to get these. rounded and flat stones, if they can all be the same size.
Then we will wash the stones very well and dry them, to be able to paint each and every one of them. It is recommended that two colors be used to color these stones in order to differentiate the even colors from the odd ones.
So, we will paint 5 stones of one color and another 5 of another color and we will let dry for at least a maximum of 3 hours. In addition, we will take another 4 or 5 stones and we will paint them in another color (yellow).
Once these stones are dry, we will proceed to paint each of the mathematical numbers as well as the symbols for addition, subtraction, equal, multiplication and division, the latter two for older children. We will let it dry and ready to play.
