When dealing with paper crafts, we know that the craft paper is the most chosen.
First for its easy handling, since it has high grammage and secondly, the ideas that can arise using craft paper are infinite, from gift wrapping, souvenir bags.
In this opportunity I will show you how to do cones with craft paper decorated with doilies.
The doilies They are small paper doilies that look a lot like lace, for that reason they are very decorative and widely used in wedding decorations.
The cones that I bring you today are an excellent idea for use as wedding souvenirs or 15 years, since they are very delicate and feminine.
Materials to make paper craft cones:
- Doilies
- Craft paper cut in circles, the same size as the chosen lace
- Tapes
- Scissors
- Glue
Steps to make paper craft cones:
Step 1:
We start by giving the cone shape to craft paper circle, we screw inwards almost diagonally, as we see in the image below, we hit with a drop of glue.
Step 2:
We do the same procedure with the lace.
Step 3:
On the inside of the lace, we glue a strip of tape.
Step 4:
We take advantage of holes that have the details of the lace, to pass the ends of the tape.
Step 5:
We place a cone inside the other, as we see in the image below:
Step 6:
We close the tape with silicone droplets, too we can make a bow.
In this case I just pasted it and did small curlers at the excess end of the tape.
The cone would be ready.
Now they can fill with any kind of treat, such as almonds or walnuts with chocolate.
It all depends on what type of event you are going to use them for.
For children's birthday, they can substitute the craft paper for stamped cardstock and fill it with candies and confetti.
