Good morning to everybody. Today I come with a Simple and easy craft to do: we are going to transform a shirt that we no longer use into a Rock party shirt.
Surely if you like crafts on more than one occasion it will have happened to you that you want to prepare something at the last minute, you have to improvise and use what you have at home. That happened to me when my son told me he was going to the Rock party and he had nothing to wear. You just have to put a bit of desire and it is achieved. I show you how ...
Makings:
- Shirt. This has to be used, because we are going to transform it. In this case it is white, but it could also be black or another color.
- Sewing machine. It can also be sewn by hand with a needle and thread, only it would take a little longer.
- Indelible or permanent pen.
- Scissors.
- Pencil.
- Pins.
- A white patch or the color of the shirt.
Processing:
- We will cut the sleeves to the shirt (I repeat that it has to be a used shirt because we are going to transform it), For this we will continue the seam leaving it outside. We will stretch a little so that the contour of the cut we just made is bent.
- We will draw the word Rock In a piece of fabric, for this we will measure the space that we are going to use and cut a rectangle in the piece. We can help ourselves with a letter template or throw ourselves freehand to draw the letters.
- With the indelible or permanent marker in black we will mark the outline of the letters and we will paint the interior. In my case I have not painted everything uniform and made small touches outside the letters, to give them more prominence.
- We will present the scrap drawn on the shirt holding it with a few pins.
- We will pass a stitching around the contour of the remnant with the sewing machine.
