Our Process
First, you must get the barrels. We will cut these with a hand circular saw diagonally, so that they come out two completely identical back seats. Next, we will wash and scrub the entire barrel very well with a needle, soap and a brush. Later, we will give it a thorough sanding and a primer, and then varnish them. In addition, as for the metal rings, we will apply an anti-rust paint.
After the varnish has dried, we will proceed to carry out the barrel seat. To do this, we will cut a circular sheet about 2 cm thick and the same diameter as the barrel, so that it fits completely.
