Materials to make the silver letters:
- gray cardboard
- Adhesive silver tape.
- Big shot.
- Alphabet die.
Realization process:
As I have told you, this craft is very simple and with a result that will surprise you:
- We will stick the gray adhesive tape to the cardboard. (This does not have to be very thick to be able to die cut well). We will paste according to the letters that we need, like me in this case, but you can also punch out the entire alphabet if you wish.
- We will place it in the Big shot and die cut it. If we don't have this machine, it's more complicated, but we can also get by with a cutter and a ruler, yes, arming ourselves with patience!
- We will remove the letters from the machine and remove the excess cardboard.
- we will order the words and they will be ready to be placed in our jobs.
In these images you can see an example of the silver letters, I have used them to decorate a painting or cambas. The butterflies are made in the same way, but instead of sticking the adhesive tape on the cardboard I have stuck it on cardboard, so it is thinner and can be folded giving the butterflies movement.
