How to make the craft
Making this craft is very simple. Once you have all the materials collected you will have to take the balloons and tie a knot in the part where they are tied when they are inflated, but you have to do it with the balloon deflated.
Once you have the knots made, cut each balloon in half as you see in the image. Once they are cut, discard the part where the knot is not and the balloon part of the knot, put it wedged into one end of the cardboard of the toilet paper roll.
To make it fit well, you can put a little wahi tape glued on or without glue if you have a good glue and that the balloon does not come off when playing with it. Once you get to this point you just have to take a piece of paper, make a small ball and play with the slingshot. Put the ball inside the roll, gently stretch the knot of the balloon and release it.
