Snowman in a glass jar

Hello everybody! In today's craft we are going to see how make this snowman in a jar the easy way. With this craft we can decorate our shelves during the winter.

Do you want to know how to make this snowman in a jar?

Materials that we will need to make our snowman in a jar

  • Glass jar, it can be one that we buy or one that we reuse from some food. Ideally, it should not be too high.
  • Cardboard or orange foam to make the nose.
  • Otherwise, buttons or black cardboard.
  • Glue, hot silicone or double-sided tape.
  • Cotton.
  • Scissors.
  • Craft eyes.

Hands on craft

  1. The first thing we are going to do is clean our glass jar well, removing labels, glue, etc. so we can start our craft.
  2. Now let's fill with cotton the whole jar, until it is very full. If we use cotton discs, we are going to stretch them so that they remain undone and look more like snow.
  3. We will close well the boat

  1. In cardboard or orange eva rubber we are going to cut out a triangle that will act as a nose.
  2. On another dark-colored cardstock we will cut a smile for our snowman.

  1. Once we have all the pieces cut out, we are going to stick them to make the face of our doll. We will also add two craft eyes.

  1. With wool and a pompom we can also make a hat for our doll. To do this we will make a small pompom (you can see how to do it in the following link: We make mini pompoms with the help of a fork) We will roll up a piece of wool to match the pompom to cover the lid of the bottle and finish making our hat.

And ready! We already have a craft to say goodbye to winter.

I hope you cheer up and do this craft.
