Square keychain, made with pressed cardboard.

Today we are going to see how to make a square keychain, made of pressed cardboard. It's very easy to do. You can also customize it to your liking, you can even write the name of the place where those keys belong, draw or put your name.

And if you have an event nearby, it can be a nice gift to give. You will have to make them in series and package them.

Makings:

  • Gray pressed cardboard.
  • Decorated paper.
  • Glue.
  • Cutter.
  • Big shot.
  • Washer.
  • Crop-A-Tell him.
  • Nail file.
  • Ink.
  • Alkyl.

Processing:

  • Cut a XNUMX-by-XNUMX-centimeter square out of the gray pressboard. It must be a strong cardboard, otherwise it will bend and will not resist-
  • Glue the decorated paper to the cardboard.

  • Cut the excess of the paper with the cutter. Repeat the same operation on the other side as well.
  • Place the cardboard in the big shot, with the circle die in one of the corners and die.

If you do not have this machine, you can do it with a die that pierces the cardboard and with the shape that you like the most.

  • Pull corners with the Crop-A-TellYou can do it with the cutter, first drawing the curved shape for each corner.
  • Remove blemishes with the help of a nail file.

  • Frame the edgesFor this you need a pad or sponge with ink, rub it all around the contour, it will give another finish to the keychain.
  • Apply AlkiUse a protective varnish for the cardboard, first on one side, let it dry and then the other side.
  • Last insert the ring through the hole to fit the keys.

So has mine. I hope you like it and that it inspires you. You know that you can like and share so that more people can do it. I would love to see your keychain on any of my social networks.
