Hello everybody! In today's craft we are going to see how make this cute whale with something as simple as an egg carton and some cardboard. Without a doubt, it is a great craft to do with the little ones in the house and have a good time with them.

Materials that we will need to make our whale
- Egg carton
- Glue
- Blue cardboard (it does not matter what type of blue, since it will imitate water)
- Black marker to make the details of the face
- Scissors
Hands on craft
- The first thing we are going to do is cut out two holes from the cardboard of an egg carton. One of them will act as the body of the whale. On the other hand, the other hole will be the tail.
- In the hole that will make the tail, we are going to draw the fin inside on one of the walls. Now we will cut out that drawing and the ass of the hole that is what we will help ourselves to be able to glue the fin to the body of the whale.
- We glue the body and the tail of the whale with hot glue or silicone.
- Now let's draw the details of the whale's face, two big eyes and a smile. You can also use craft eyes if you like them better and glue them on.
- To finish we will make the water jet that expel the whales through the hole in the upper part of their body. To do this, we will cut out a strip of blue cardboard and we are going to make some fringes with the scissors. It is important that we do not cut the cardboard strip completely so that it does not break.
- We roll the strip on itself, for which we can help ourselves with a toothpick. It only remains to stick the roll on the whale.
