Wrapping chocolates for Halloween

Hello everybody! In this craft we are going to see how wrap chocolates to give away on Halloween. They are perfect for a party or to give when the children knock on your door.

Do you want to see how to do it?

Materials that we will need to wrap our chocolates

  • Black and / or maroon colored cardboard
  • Craft eyes or eyes made from black and white cardstock
  • Glue stick or other quick-drying cardstock glue
  • A chocolate bar with the inside wrapper, which is usually with aluminum foil. Another option is to buy a large chocolate bar and cut it in rows, each row we wrap it in aluminum foil and thus we get several chocolates.
  • Scissors

Hands on craft

  1. We put the chocolate bar on top of the cardboard and We cut a rectangle a little higher than the chocolate bar and three times the width of it.
  2. In this case we are going to make a vampire wrap for the chocolate bar and for that reason we are going to use maroon cardboard. However, you can also make a bat wrap with the same shape and black cardboard. If you are going to wrap several chocolates you can use the first template wrap and cut out several in black and maroon.
  3. Once we have the square we will fold the cardboard into three parts. We center the chocolate in the central part and mark with a pencil above and below. We will cut the parts of the sides at that height.

  1. We will give vampire cape shape to the sides.
  2. In the central part we will shape the vampire's head on the protruding piece of cardboard. And at the bottom we will give the shape of boots. We paint the boots black and decorate the head.

  1. We put a little glue in the center of the cardboard, we glue the chocolate bar and close the sides as a vampire cape, which we will glue between them.

And ready!

I hope you cheer up and do this craft.
