Just one month to Christmas, the most frequent thing is to go looking for the typical ornaments for this, however, for the people who have small houses and a small tree has no place, today we present a very simple craft with pineapples.
This simple and quick craft is sensational to spend an afternoon with the little ones in the house, as well as being a very attractive and elegant decorative element. In this way, we teach children that you don't have to spend a lot in tree bearing pine cones near house.
Materials
- 1 roll of toilet paper.
- Piece of aluminum foil.
- Red and yellow felt.
- Pineapple
- Salt
- Glue glue.
- Brush.
- Green and yellow acrylic paint.
Our Process
Firstly, we will clean the pineapple with a brush. This being on the ground is filled with dust and dirt so with a brush we will shake it well being careful not to break its 'petals'.
Then, we will paint the external part of the pineapple with glue and we will sprinkle salt above so that it looks like the typical Christmas snow. We will let it dry well.
Then, we will do the tree base. We will cut a piece of the roll of paper and we will paint it with glue on the outside, thus gluing the aluminum foil and introducing it inside the roll. In addition, we will make a small poinsettia with felt to stick it on the outside, so we will decorate this base a little.
Lastly, we will paint the inside of the 'petals' of the pineapple in green and the upper part in yellow so that it resembles the typical Christmas star.
