Today I come with a very summery craft because it is ideal for this time of year, as we love to wear them on our wrists. We are going to see a DIY how to make sliding knot bracelets, helping us with a straw.
Yes you read correctly, a straw of those to sip, but only with a piece. If you dare to continue reading I will tell you how we are going to do it.
Makings:
- Mouse tail, of the desired color.
- Pendant.
- Scissors.
- Lighter.
- Pliers
Processing:
- As you have read in the introduction we are going to use a straw. You only have to cut about three centimeters from the straw.
- Cut about two feet of the string and place the straw piece in the middle or so of the string.
- Around the straw, make three turns to the front and to the left.
- Insert the piece with which you have circled inside the straw
- The end of the cord will come out the other side. Now remove the straw, pull the two ends and you will have the first knot.
- Now with the longest rope tie the second knot, exactly the same as above.
- This is how the two knots look. In this case we are going to place a pendant, but if what we want is to introduce a bead, it should be inserted before making the second knot.
- We shape a bracelet, more or less the size of our wrist and make the third knot.
- For this knot it is necessary that we about ten centimetersOtherwise, we will not be able to insert the end through the straw and it will be difficult for us to make the slip knot.
- Make the last slip knot with the other end of the cord.
- Cut the ends of the cord that are left over and top it off with a lighter to give a better ending.
- Lastly insert the pendant.
