Valentine's photo bookmarks

Hello everybody! In today's craft we are going to make a Valentine photo bookmarks. This is an original way to make a personalized gift for this special date. It is a very simple and quick craft to do. Perfect to do with children or to give to our partner.

Do you want to see how to do it?

Materials that we will need to make our photo bookmarks

  • Red card
  • Photograph or image of our choice
  • Scissors
  • Double-sided glue or tape

Hands on craft

  1. The first step is to take the red card and cut out a rectangle that is twice the width of what we want our bookmark to be and something a little more than what we want to end up being the bookmark.
  2. We fold the cardboard rectangle in half and draw a heart that limits with the part where the cardboard is folded. The idea is that when cutting the figure of the heart we obtain two equal hearts that are joined by the folded area.

  1. On one of the hearts we will draw another smaller heart, which we will cut out. So we already have the frame of our photograph.

  1. Using the template heart let's put it on the photo or image that we want to put on the bookmark and cut that heart shape to match the hearts we already have.

  1. We are going to paste this photo on the heart whole and then close the heart and glue the photo frame well.

  1. This idea can be done with any other figure if you don't want to make a heart.

And ready! We have already prepared our gift for Valentine's Day. You can take advantage of the back of your heart to write a note, phrase, name or whatever comes to mind.

I hope you cheer up and do this craft.
