For children these days that are approaching are full of mystery ... and if they like to make crafts they are perfect to do them because the theme lends itself to it. Today I come with a proposal for the little ones who will have them entertained for a while: let's see how to make a black cat figure for Halloween, fun to make and practice because then you can use it to decorate or play with it.
Materials to make the black cat figure:
- Two cardboard tubes.
- Scissors.
- Black paint.
- Black and white cardboard.
- Felt pens.
- Glue.
Processing:
- Bend one of the tubes at one end: for this you just have to press in and form a half curve.
- Do the same with the opposite side. (Look how it looks in the image).
- With scissors cut the corners that have been formed.
- Now glue the two tubes, forming a T. Press until the glue dries and they are attached, as you can see in the image. (With the help of an adult you can also use a silicone gun, it will be held before).
- Time to paint it black. With tempera or acrylic paint. (A trick to avoid staining your hands a lot is to hold the tube inside by inserting two fingers through the ends and change the hole so as not to paint yourself).
- For the tail: Cut a rectangle of about eight inches by two in the black cardboard and roll at one end, and at the other end make a fold which will be the one that is attached to the tube. (Look at the picture, you will understand it better).
- For the ears you just have to cut diagonally the two ends and fold up.
- Now do the eyes and nose: Cut out two blank shapes and paint with markers to make them look like eyes. For the nose you can paint it pink.
- Glue these shapes on the head of the cat, you will see that it comes to life.
- You only have to draw the legs and the whiskers, do so with a white or gray marker.
