It is always a nice detail accompany a gift with a card or just a greeting card, from or why you remembered that special person and you decided to make a nice gift to surprise
For that reason, today we share an original idea, simple and delicate.
A card with Washi Tape It is very easy and inexpensive to do, since the Washi tape it is an easy-to-handle and low-cost material.
Materials to make a card with Washi Tape:
For this craft we will use:
- A4 size white cardstock
- Washi Tape in two patterns or colors, or also in one color only if you want it more delicate and elegant.
- Sewing or embroidery thread, can also be cord
- Drill
Steps to make a card with Washi Tape:
Step 1:
We cut a A4 white cardstock sheet in half and then fold it in half and open, as we see in the picture below:
Step 2:
We fold again.
As we can see in the image, we drill diagonally.
In the part upper we make two holes together and in the lower one a hole using the hole punch.
Step 3:
Through the two holes at the top we pass the thread and tie.
Step 4:
We stretch the thread and pass through the hole in the bottom of the card, we tie, as we can see in the image below.
Step 5:
We cut small strips of Washi Tape, we glued on the thread in a double way and cut with the desired shape, in this case I opted for pennant shapeThey can do it in the shape of hearts, stars, moons, etc.
Then we decorate our card with the accessories of your choice.
They can do it with Scrapbook style stickers, they can also write a nice dedication or message on the front of the card.
