An original greeting card

In this craft we are going to make a original greeting card to give to whoever you want.

Do you want to see how to do it?

Materials that we will need to make our greeting card

  • Colored paper and cardboard
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Threads

Hands on craft

  1. We cut out a square on cardboard and fold it in half and again in half until we get a small mad square.
  2. We draw an 'L' on the sides where the folds are and we cut along the line.

  1. We unfold, and fold again in half and now we will fold the ends over the vertical side forming like an arrow. We tighten the folds well and unfold the last step to introduce the sides between the two vertical pieces of cardboard.

  1. We will draw some balloons in different colors of cardboard or paper and glue them on two pieces of cardboard in the shape of an arrow. We put some colored threads glued as a rope for the balloons. We will glue these pieces on the top and bottom of the previous folded piece.

  1. On a piece of paper we painted the 'Congratulations' message and we'll fold like an accordion and we will glue it only at the ends to the previous folded piece. Stick it only in the points that my fingers mark or else the poster will not fold well.

  1. We cut out a piece of rectangular cardboard that will act as the wrapping our card. Ideally, it should be the same color as the background that we used for the balloons. That way our card will be more harmonious. We decorate it with a couple more balloons.

  1. Another option is to leave the bottom part of the folded piece without decoration and to be able to write a message there for who we are going to give the card as a gift.
  2. So that it does not open, we can put it in an envelope.

And ready!

I hope you cheer up and do this craft.
