In this tutorial I teach you to create funny bookmark of dancers made with very affordable and inexpensive materials. It is a perfect craft to make with children.
Materials
To do the ballerinas bookmarks you will need the following materials:
- Polo sticks
- Colored markers
- Glue stick
- Paper cupcake molds
- Pipe cleaner
- Pompons
Step by step
To create the ballerinas bookmarks start by doing the tutu. For this you will need the stick, glue stick and cupcake mold of paper. Open the cupcake pan and fold it in half. Apply glue on the inside to glue the two halves together. Also apply glue to the middle of the stick and glue the cupcake mold to it.
To paint the feet use one of the markers of your choice and draw a V that goes from one side of the stick to the other at the bottom of it. You just have to fill in after drawing it.
To draw the Tsar start with by the. Draw another V at the top, but this time upside down and more open. Fill it in anyway. Make two dots for the eyes, and if you want to put tabs paint two small lines coming out of the dots. For the mouth you can use a marker in red tone.
Add the monkey dancer with one of the pompons. Stick it with the glue stick to the top of the stick. Choose pom poms that are small enough so that they are not the only thing that stands out from your ballerina bookmark.
Only the arms of the dancer. Place the pipe cleaner under the stick, above the tutu. Fold the pipe cleaner over the stick, this way it will be crossed. Bend your arms and put them in the position that you like the most, keeping in mind that you are doing a ballerina.
