La reading is very good to encourage in children from an early age. However, it is very difficult to finish reading a book in just one day, so a fun bookmark is essential for them, so they will not lose the thread of their stories.
These bookmark they can be made of different materials and with multiple designs. Today we wanted to entertain the little ones a little by doing some small and fun butterflies with bright colors so that they are more attracted to them.
Materials
- Eva rubber of different colors.
- Glue for eva rubber.
- Scissors.
- Pencil.
- Popsicle stick.
- Permanent fine tip marker.
Our Process
First, we will make half of the figure of the mariposa in a color of eva rubber. We will fold this and cut it, so a symmetrical figure will come out. Afterwards, we will decorate our butterfly with different geometric shapes in eva rubber (circles, triangles, etc).
Next, we will paste this on the ice cream stick and we will place an elongated oval shape to make the body of the butterfly. Finally, we will place the antennas and paint the face with the permanent marker.
