Centerpiece for a children's party

Do you have an event coming up and want to do something special? Today I propose to make a centerpiece for a children's table with balloons and jelly beans. I assure you that your guests will be delighted.

Makings:

  • Polystyrene plate.
  • Cutter.
  • Ruler.
  • Silk paper.
  • Plastic chopsticks.
  • Jelly beans
  • Balloons
  • Balloon sticks.

Processing:

  • Take measurements of your center and with a pencil mark on the Styrofoam. With the help of the cutter cut these marks. You will need three squares, one of 25 × 25 cm. another 15 × 15 cm. and a smaller one of 5 centimeters on a side. The polystyrene is also sold in plates with different measures, if you buy it you will save having to cut it.
  • With the help of toothpicks, one square on top of the other, make sure they are centered.

  • This is how they will look on you once you've placed all three.
  • It is time to cover the styrofoam to make it more beautiful. Take two sheets of silk so that the tips are in the centers of the sides and cover the kind of pyramid.

  • For this you see helping yourself with the plastic chopsticks. These are much better in case the children decide to remove them.
  • You see making folds in a neat way so that the paper is neat with as few wrinkles as possible.

  • This is how it will look on you once it's finished. ready to place the jelly beans.
  • Now you can see pricking the jelly beans with the plastic sticks and placing them around the contour of our pyramid.

Blow up the balloons and clip onto the appropriate sticks for placement. In bazaars you find them easily. Click on the top of the pyramid and you will have the centerpiece ready. You just have to put it in its place and that the little ones can enjoy their jelly beans, once they have finished eating.
