Now with the carnival festival above it is time to teach the little ones other cultures. For this reason, we have chosen to make a very typical Chinese lantern to celebrate the first lunar month in China. Their tradition marks the realization of them.
This craft is very simple to do and the children will love it since it is about color, cut and paste, the three functions that a child likes the most in a craft.
Materials
- Template of lantern.
- Colored pencils.
- Felt pens.
- Scissors.
- Glue.
- Stapler.
- Thin cardboard.
Our Process
- Print the lantern template.
- Color Template.
- Trim the edges and the grip strip and glue it on a thin cardboard.
- Cut out.
- Fold in half.
- Trim the dash line.
- Join the lantern and strip it with staples.
