Decorate your own notebooks with scrap paper scraps

Today I come to propose something: decorate your notebooks with scrap paper scraps. It is something very simple and that in addition to being beautiful is practical because we take advantage of the scrap paper remains we have from other jobs. Stay with me as I show you how I have decorated my own notebooks.

Makings:

  • notebooks. (I have used the small ones and you can use them in a bazaar).
  • Scrap paper. (If they are from the remains of other papers, better, to take advantage of).
  • Glue.
  • 3D tape.
  • Cardboard.
  • Ink distress.
  • Marker pen.
  • Die.

Processing:

  • Start by collecting those papers you have in a box full of collection scraps. The trick is to combine the colors, for example if the covers are in blue, choose a paper that has blue tones.
  • Now, take measurements of the lid and cut a rectangle one centimeter smaller than the measurements taken.

  • Now with the die shapes the corners. If you don't have it, you can do it with the scissors, giving it a rounded shape.
  • It tienes several to do the best thing is that you choose the papers and that you cut them all at the same time.

  • You can ink the outline of the rectangles, will give another end to the set. You can do this by using the same ink color as the cover of the notebook.
  • Take advantage and punch out a shape with a die and ink its outline as well. In my case a cloud.

  • It's time customize notebooks writing the name on each die-cut shape.
  • Put 3d ribbon to give volume and personality to the notebook.

I have left them like this because I wanted something simple, but you can use your imagination and decorate as you like. They are perfect for gifts in any event, in addition to being original and personalized.

I hope you liked it and it inspires you. Here is another idea to use those scrap papers from other jobs. You just have to click on the image:
