Halloween night, the night of witches and ghosts and All Saints' night is approaching…. If you want to make a very easy and fun craft with children, I'm going to show you a very simple one, which is done in three steps and it won't take us more than five minutes to do it.…. We will perform a pincer bat, a DIY for Halloween, very simple to do.
Makings:
To make this simple craft we will only need the elements that you see in the photo and that are in the list:
- Wooden clothespin (Depending on the size of the clothespin you choose, this is how the bat will come out).
- Invoice.
- Black cardboard.
- Black paint.
- Scissors.
- Pencil.
- Brush.
- Mobile eyes.
- Glue.
Processing:
So let's go with the step by step:
- We will mark on a sheet how we want the wings for the bat. For this we will put the clamp and according to the size we will draw with the shape that appears in the image. That will be our template that we will transfer to the cardboard.
- We will clip the wings where we have marked with the pen on the cardboard.
And let's go with the bat, as you will see in three steps we will have it ready:
- We will paint the caliper with black paint: it can be acrylic, tempera, chalk paint. We will paint everything so that the entire surface is black.
- We will glue the wings to the caliper, in the longest and most centered area.
- We will place the eyes, for this we will apply glue on the other side where we have put the wings.
With these three simple steps we will turn our clip into a bat for Halloween, with it we can decorate our house for this day: Making a garland with a few more and placed on a string, holding a BOO sign… it's a matter of letting our imagination fly.
