Hello everybody! In this craft we bring you a new easy origami figure from the series of animals that we are making. This time we are going to make a simple whale out of paper. This time we are going to make a whole animal instead of just a head.

Materials that we are going to need

- Paper, it can be special for origami or another type of paper as long as it is not very thick and allows it to be folded easily.
- Marker to make the details like the eyes.
Hands on craft
- We are going to make the base figure with which to start to make the origami figure. We are going to start as always from a square that we will put rotated in the shape of a rhombus.
- We fold the upper and lower tips of the rhombus, making the fold from one of the corners of the sides to make the shape of a kite.
- We are going to bend the tip of the rhombus from which we have not started to make the previous fold. We will leave that end straight.
- We fold in half the figure to get the body of the whale.
- For make the tail we are going to bend the pointed corner to one side and the other. We open this corner and lift it to fit it to the body of the whale.
- Finally, with the marker, we will make the eyes, one on each side of the whale's body.
