In this tutorial I am going to show you how to make this brooch with felt flowers very easy and that you can combine in a thousand ways.
Materials to make the brooch
- Colored felt
- Scissors
- Glue
- Compass or circular cutters of various sizes
- Glue or hot glue gun
- A safety pin or brooch
Step-by-step process of the clasp
Cut out in felt of the colors that you like the most three circles with different diameters depending on the size you want the brooch. I have chosen these warm tones: red, orange and yellow, but you can choose the ones you like the most.
With scissors cut in a spiral each circle so that they are as in the photograph.
Do the same with the three circles to be able to form the flowers.
Roll up from the end to the beginning each circle to form the flower.
Glue the bottom so that the piece does not open and remain completely closed. They will remain like this.
Cut out in green felt of different shades several leaves and an oval piece to be able to place the whole set.
Place the leaves in the oval piece in the way that you like the most to be able to start the design of your brooch.
Now is the turn of paste the flowers. Before sticking them definitively, place them to see if you like the result or want to change it.
Now we only have put a safety pin on the back or brooch to be able to hook our creation to our clothes, bags, backpacks ...
