- 1 white DINA-4 paper
- 1 black marker
- Lentils
- Colored pasta
- White glue
How to make the craft
First, tell the older child to make a nice flower as you see in the picture. If the child is too young, then ideally you should do it. To make the craft it is necessary to do it in parts. For example, first put white glue in the center of the flower and put the lentils in that part. Do the same for the stem part. Then put glue on the part of the stem leaves, and put colored paste that fits well. Finally, go petal by petal, putting white glue and adding the colored paste to make it look good.
While the children are doing the craft, allow them to enjoy the materials in front of them. I am not referring to the white glue, but for example, which allows children to put their hands in the bowl of lentils or in the bowl of pasta so that they can appreciate the texture of the different ingredients.
They can also count how much paste has finally stuck to the flower or tell if there are too many or few lentils set and glued together. The options are many and the result is undoubtedly spectacular! The children will end up very happy and satisfied with the result.
