How to Make an Ice Cream Fridge Magnet

Summer is just around the corner and we'll have a lot of time in the holidays to be able to do a thousand things. In this post I am going to teach you how to do this magnet en forma de lolly or ice cream perfect to decorate your refrigerator and give it a very original touch.

Materials to make the frosted magnet

Colored eva rubber
Scissors
Glue
Permanent markers
Wooden sticks
Circle punching machines
Magnet

Procedure for making the frosted magnet

To start you need a wooden stick and a rectangle of eva rubber the color you like the most. Mine is about 8 x 16 cm.
With the help of a pencil, round the upper corners of the ice cream and cut them out.
Take a piece of brown eva rubber that will be the melted chocolate of ice cream. Mark the silhouette and cut it out.

Then, make waves in the foam to imitate that the chocolate is falling on the face of the lolly.
Glue the body of the ice cream to the stick.

Next, carefully place the chocolate on top of the pink foam, matching the edges.
Take pieces of eva rubber that you have left around your house and cut out small rectangles that will be the colored noodles.

WE DECORATE THE ICE CREAM

Place a few pieces of eva gum adorning the head of the ice cream.
To form the eyes I have used two white and two black circles made with the punches.
Once done, I have glued them to the face of our magnet.

With a white marker I have made some glitters in the eyes of the ice cream.
Afterwards, I have drawn some eyelashes with a black marker.
The blushes I have made them with eva rubber a little darker than the color of the polo shirt.

The ice cream can not be missing the smile, I have done it with a fine marker in red.
To decorate the lower part I will do a bow tie with two pieces of eva rubber. Twist the large rectangle and hug it with the small strip. Put a little glue to prevent it from falling apart and we have our bow tie.
To give you more details I have cut the edges in the shape of an arrow.

Then I glued the bow tie on the pole of the pole.
And behind, so that it can be placed in the fridge or on any metal surface, I have placed a magnet.
