The craft that we present below is a very simple craft to do, ideal for 6-year-old boys and girls because it requires cutting and gluing with the special EVA glue. It is a very funny mouse that can have multiple functions such as: decorating the children's bedroom or use for when the tooth fairy comes so that it knows where the tooth it has to pick is.
The craft does not take much more than 5 to 10 minutes to make and is fun and entertaining to do. Children will need some instructions in order to do it right. Read on to find out what you need and what materials to use!
Materials you need for the craft
- 3 sheets of eva rubber (red, gray and white)
- 1 bottle of special glue for EVA rubber
- 1 scissors
- 2 movable eyes
How to make the craft
First you will have to draw what will be the parts of the mouse as you see in the images: ears (gray eva rubber and the inside of the ears red or pink eva rubber), body (gray eva rubber), nose (red eva rubber) and whiskers (thin strips of white eva rubber).
Once everything is drawn, go on to cut it out. When everything is cut we will move to place it on the mouse. Do it as you see in the images so that it remains the same. When you have already glued all the mouse parts and only the nose is missing, glue the movable eyes.
Next, first glue the whiskers as you see in the images and once you have them in place, you will only have to put the nose on top to cover the glued whiskers and make them fit. Finally, take a small gray strip of eva rubber and roll it up a little, stick it on the back as the mouse's tail, as you can see in the image. You will have your funny mouse!
