Hello again, how are you doing for the weekend? I hope that it is great and that you have some fun DIY inside it to do with your family or yourselves to relax.
In this post, we propose something very easy to decorate. Continuing with the theme of parties and barbecues in the pool that we started a few weeks ago, Today we propose another garland, but this time, made with eva rubber and adorned with the so used Christmas lights that give a very warm touch to all the garlands.
Material
- A piece of EVA rubber.
- Scissors.
- A pen or marker.
- A strip of lights Christmas of the ones that are put on the tree that will be the base of the garland
Our Process
As you can see from the photos, this DIY is very easy and hardly needs any explanation. Even so, from CraftsON we will give you some very easy guidelines for you to do it.
To begin with we will draw a series of unequal hearts on the Eva rubber sheet, bigger and smaller than later we will alternate in the garland. Another option is to make stars, flowers, geometric figures, in short, the figures that you like the most.
Once we have the hearts of the garland drawn we will cut them. We have chosen to cut them out, leaving the heart felt-tipped drawing inside. Thus, the garland is adorned in two colors (blue and orange). Once cut, we will fold them in half twice and cut the central piquito to be able to put the garland bulbs through them.
Do not make them too big, because otherwise the hearts will come out and they will fall. Finally, we will place the hearts on the garland and place it in a visible place.
