Wrapping a gift in an original way says a lot about who makes this present. Many times it happens that we buy a gift in a store, they wrap it only with paper and it seems that it is a bit bland ... or we are going to wrap a gift ourselves and we want to give it a special or original touch. Well today with this craft we are going to show you a way to decorate a gift.

Materials that we will need to wrap a gift in an original way
- A gift already wrapped in gift wrap
- A fine rope, and only with the rope gives a touch to any type of gift.
- Craft paper tape, or a strip of crepe paper or any other thin and very malleable paper. It is important to choose a color that matches the color of the wrapping paper.

- The first thing of all is to have the gift and wrap it in a wrapping paper that we thought was pretty or that the recipient of the gift will like it.
- After that comes the most fun and is to give an original touch to the gift wrapping. For this we will take the strip of thin paper of a matching color with the chosen wrapping paper. We will wrap the strip around our fingers, at least 10 or 15 turns. Once that is done, we will take another piece of paper strip and we will pass it through the middle of the fingers as can be seen in the image below. We tie a knot in the center, We remove the paper from the fingers being careful not to undo the winding and we tighten the knot well being careful not to tear the paper.
- With scissors we cut the sides and we are separating the strips of paper, like a pompom but leaving it flat. We more or less equal all the extracts.
- We tie the package by putting the rope and tie us wide, above the knot we glued the paper ornament with zeal and curl the ends of the rope if necessary to give it more shape.
