Lettering candle holder, recycling a scented candle jar

Today I come with a very easy DIY to do, perfect to spend a few minutes on a summer afternoon. We are going to make a lettering candle holder recycling a scented candle jar.

If you like candles, surely you have any of these and you don't know what to do with the glass jar, because today I propose this idea to you, let's see what you think.

Makings:

  • Glass jar or glass.
  • Heat dryer.
  • Permanent marker of the color that you like the most.
  • Washi-tape if we want to decorate the bottom of our candle holder.
  • Tea type candles.
  • Pencil.
  • Invoice.
  • Zeal.
  • Beach sand.

Processing:

  • The first thing you have to do is clean the jar. You probably have some glued paper and some wax from your old candle.
  • To do this take the heat dryer and apply the air on the sticker, when hot it can be easily removed. If you don't have a dryer, put the jar in a pot of hot water, let it sit for a while, and then remove the paper. put in the microwave for a few minutes and remove the melted wax. Wash with soap and water and you will have it ready.

Next we are going to decorate the jar. Think of a word that inspires you with Relax or Zen and ...

  • Write the word on a sheet of paper. Think about the size of the jar to make it look good.
  • Held with zeal the paper to the jar on the inside.
  • With the permanent marker, he goes over the wordYou can even make a drawing or personalize it with a name.

  • Remove the paper and put sand from the beach at the bottom of the jar.
  • Line the tea-type candle with the washi-tape and insert it into the candle holder.

Now you just have to find a nice place, turn it on, and enjoy this easy-to-do craft.
