How to make a picture frame for Father's Day

Good Morning! today I come with a DIY: how to make a photo frame for Father's Day.

Father's Day is approaching and surely you want to surprise him in some way, if you have also decided to spend a pleasant time with the little ones in the house and make a gift made by them, this may be a good idea.

Makings:

  • Wide wooden sticks.
  • Decorated paper.
  • Glue.
  • Silicone.
  • Cutter.
  • Wooden clothespins.
  • Decorative motifs.

Processing:

  • Start by presenting all the wooden sticks. I have used six of the widths and you can find them in any bazaar or in craft stores.
  • Glue these onto the decorated paper. It can be made of rice, or scrapbooking, as is my case. Place one by one on the back of the paper (the one that is not decorated) with the glue stick.

  • Cut each stick with the cutter. Watch carefully that they do not get disordered if you want them to continue with the design drawing.
  • With the scissors, remove the excess from the ends.

  • With a file or fine-grit sandpaper, goes around the contour of each stick, you will have a perfect finish.
  • Put all sticks back in position and with the silicone fastened from the back, as indicated in the picture.

  • Now glue the clamp or tweezers, if you want to put more than one photo, with silicone so that it is well attached.
  • It's time for decorating. Here let your imagination fly, in my case I have stuck some wooden stars in the areas that did not cover the photos.

  • Attach the photos to the clips. I have placed two DNI size, but you can also put a larger one without problem.
  • Only remains pack and write a label with a message for dad.

I hope you liked it and that it serves as an inspiration for a gift, you know that in a moment you have it done and that you can do it with your little ones.
