At Crafts On we have a very original idea for Father's Day. It is a chocolate bar wrapped in a very special way and shaped like a superhero, it will be a great idea for this special day. With some pieces of cardboard we have recreated the shape of a cape and the body in general of a super dad. With the help of a marker we will make the final touch, we will draw with our hands that little message that we want to give you and that we know you will love.
The materials that I have used to make this craft are:
(the materials can be multiplied if we are going to make more than one craft)
- a piece of chocolate
- foil
- blue, green, or red card stock
- cardstock of skin-like color
- for hair: a piece of wool and a piece of pipe cleaners
- pencil
- rubber
- a compass
- black marker
- red marker
- dark green and dark blue marker
- scissors
- cold silicone and hot gun silicone

First step:
We catch a piece of chocolate rectangular and we wrap it in foil. Do it in such a way that there are not many wrinkles. In a color cardboard that we have chosen we measure a rectangle that is proportionally larger to form the layer. We cut out the part that we have measured. We place under the chocolate bar the piece of cardboard and we make it wrap like a cape. To glue its ends we do it with hot silicone so that it is faster and sticks correctly.
Second step:
In the skin-colored cardstock we make a circle with the help of the compass. Make sure to make it slightly larger than the total width of the card stock. We cut it out and glue it on top of the body of the chocolate bar. We take another piece of cardboard and place it on top of the face that we have cut out. We will find the correct measure for make the mask. Either we draw the mask freehand or we trace it from another template that we already have. We cut it out and glue it on top of the face.
Third step:
The piece of wool We break it into small pieces and stick them on the head. With the help of a pencil we draw the eyes inside the mask, the nose and the mouth. Then we go over it with a red marker. In the piece of skin color cardstock We draw a small poster and cut it out. We color its periphery with a marker pen and write a message for Dad.
Fourth step:
If we have chosen several ways to do this craft, instead of putting pieces of wool in the hair we can put a piece of pipe cleaners. It will look equally great!
