Today we propose a very easy DIY that reminds us of the long-awaited summer season. Paint beach or river stones with geometric motifs for decoration.
Next, we show you a series of examples that can help and inspire you to decorate with stones that we can put inside a vase or a bowl or a plate.
Materials
- Beach or river stones.
- Acrylic paint, permanent markers or any other ink. (We have used permanent markers).
- Fixative enamel (optional).
Our Process
Next, you will see how with a few simple steps they can be painted stones the sea of pretty.
First we will select a series of stones to paint, in this case, we have mixed stones of all kinds. Keep in mind that not all stones absorb paint in the same way, so it is better to use permanent markers and not normal ones.
Then we will draw the drawing that we like the most, this time, we have opted for the geometric style drawings. The last photograph shows you the different designs that we have made.
Finally, we can also apply a fixative enamel. It is recommended but not strictly necessary.
