Paper daisies for spring

margarita

Greetings DIY friends! How are you doing this hot week? How do you like to spend hot afternoons? Apart from on the beach or in the pool of course. What we like is doing DIY and giving a joyful touch to everything we do.

In this post, we will teach you how to make very simple paper daisies. Perfect for decorating spring or summer themed parties. We hope you like it!

Material

  1. El paper that we like the most. For example: crepe paper, tissue paper, cardboard, colored paper, etc.
  2. A Pair of botones.
  3. Glue in bar.
  4. Wire aluminum to make the stems of the daisies.

Our Process

We will choose a type of paper or if we like it more, we can also do it with several different papers. In this case, at Crafts ON we have preferred to use crepe paper because of its ease of modeling it.

We will cut a series of paper circles to make the daisies. Later, we will join them in the center with a little glue.

Then, on the circles that will form the daisies, we will stick a button in the center. And, to finish the margaritas, we will cut with the scissors around the circle of papers to form the petals.

Finally, we will fix the daisies to a piece of aluminum wire that will act as a stem and they will be ready to use as a decorative element.

An idea that we can do with these daisies is, for example, a garland to decorate at parties, another idea is to make necklaces with them, they will surely look great to receive guests and give a Hawaiian touch to summer parties. Another option is to simply use them as a decorative element in a vase.

I hope you liked the DIY and, as always Until the next DIY!
