In today's craft we are going to teach you how to make EVA rubber bracelets and also very easy and fast to make. This craft is ideal to do with children over 6 years old and if they are younger, supervision will be required because you have to use scissors and special EVA glue, in addition to the rest of the materials.
This craft is ideal to give a gift to someone special or simply because you want to make a bracelet for yourself. The details can be the same as explained below or you can put others that you like or that attract more attention.
What materials do you need
- Fat eva rubber (colors to choose)
- Fine eva rubber (colors to choose)
- 1 ruler
- 1 scissors
- Velcro
- 1 eraser
- Special glue for eva rubber
How to make the craft
The first step is to take the fat Eva rubber and draw a line with a width of two centimeters more or less to make the bracelet. The length will depend on the size of the wrist of who is going to wear the bracelet so you will have to measure it with the same wrist. After measuring the doll, trim off the excess.
Next you will have to take the thin Eva rubber and make the motifs you want. We have decided to make hearts. First we were going to make them bigger but we realized that smaller would be better, so we made them smaller. Once we had the hearts design, we started cutting it out.
When you get to this point, you will have to take the velcro and cut a small part to be able to stick on the eva rubber, in the places that we indicate in the images. One part will be at one end and the other part at the other end at the back. So you can close the bracelet when you have it finished.
Finally, you will only have to paste the hearts or motifs that you have decided to make on the bracelet as you see in the image and let it dry. Once it is dry, you will have your finished EVA bracelet!
